The purpose of this study was find the impact of psychosocial resources of married immigrantwomen on their life satisfaction, particularly focusing on the mediating effects of job-seekingefficacy. The collected data of a sample of 596 immigrant married to Korean spouses in Chungnamprovince were analyzed. The findings of the research results are as follows.
First, the psychosocial resources of married immigrant women and job-seeking efficacy had asignificant impact on their life satisfaction. Second, it showed as a result of the analysis for amediating effect of job-seeking efficacy in the married immigrant's life satisfaction, the psychosocialresources effects the noteworthy result statically. Therefore, we could find that the job-seekingefficacy is significantly mediating the psychosocial resources and the relation of the life satisfaction.This study investigated how the psychosocial resources effects directly on the life satisfaction.Especially, it examined closely the mediate role of job-seeking efficacy. When presenting theimplication based on the result of this study, it's as follows. It's required to seek the policy toimprove for the life satisfaction and job-seeking efficacy and to expand the psychosocial resourcesso that the married immigrant women increase their life satisfaction.
